I first met Sue Good at Applied Net while attending one of her classes, probably on Excel. That was probably close to 10 years ago now. We have brought her in to teach classes to other agents from everything to Excel, accounting to Applied workflows. She truly is the best. I've been working with Alexant for almost a year. I joined a company that was already working with them. I have found them to be a great partner. They are extremely easy to reach, very helpful, and make timely repairs whether remotely or in-person. During budget season I had questions about some of what we were being billed for because my predecessor added on a lot of unnecessary items. Removing them was no problem. When I need to get a new computer, Alexant doesn't provide a computer with a big markup. They simply recommend ordering one online and then they help set it up remotely. It is easy.
