I've been working with Alexant for almost a year. I joined a company that was already working with them. I have found them to be a great partner. They are extremely easy to reach, very helpful, and make timely repairs whether remotely or in-person. During budget season I had questions about some of what we were being billed for because my predecessor added on a lot of unnecessary items. Removing them was no problem. When I need to get a new computer, Alexant doesn't provide a computer with a big markup. They simply recommend ordering one online and then they help set it up remotely. It is easy.
